Mostly powder but does have very small chunks. High quality resins from around the world, for use as incense. It's most often used by dropping it over a hot incense charcoal, usually in holders/censers made specifically for use with resin incense. They may not be in the packaging shown, but each resin will be in an identified resealable bag. Most resin incense does not have any odor until burned. Please take all precautions when using charcoal and/or resin incense, there may be sparks and/or heavy smoke.
