My original surface charger is 65w, will this work with my surface?
Yes, This will work for you. The original surface adapter charger is 15v 4a output, So, i will suggest that you can choose a PD device with PD 15V 4A output, and find a 5A USB C charge cable if you need. If you choose a PD 15V 3a output device, it will work too. But the charging time may a little longer.

Why this cable no working.
All of our items will be test at least 3 times, We are trying our best to make sure they will be delivered in good condition. Please make sure your PD Device have PD 15v output, and enough power. If you are using an extension USB C cable, make sure it support 3A at least. You also can try to clean the surface pro interface to make sure the connection better. (our cable and your surface DC input interface)
