1. Press the spring lock and insert the lower carrying hook into the upper arm. Use the provided wrench and 4 bolts to fix the mount to the bike's seat post.
2. Join the U shape and L shape carrier arms.
3. Attach the bike rack surfboard to the body bar and tighten the screws. Do the same for the other one as in steps 2 and 3.
4. Adjust the angle based on the surfboard's length and secure it with a spring cord.
