The 1.14-inch ST7789-TFT display module is equipped with a built-in ST 7789 driver chip and uses SPI interface communication. Its resolution reaches 135x240, and the 262K color display color allows the screen to display color images clearly. For Arduino UNO, 51 microcontroller, STM32F 103XXXX series, ESP32, etc.
Screen type: IPS
Working voltage: 3.3/5V
Communication interface: 4-wire SPI
Resolution: 135x240
Pixel spacing: 0 1101 x0.1038mm
Display area: 14 864x24.912mm
Driver chip: ST7789
Working current: 20ma (typical)
Interface model: 1 25mm connecting base
Positioning method: M2 screw (fixed to copper pillar)
Module size: 18 * 32mm
GND power supply negative, ground
VCC power supply positive, 3.3-5V, needs to be consistent with the communication level
SCL SPI clock signal input port
SDA SPI data input port
RES reset, low-level enable
DC data/command selection, low-level command, high-level data
CS chip selection, low-level enable
BLK backlight, suspended enable ground off, default pull-up to 3 3V
The module is compatible with 3.3V and 5V power supplies, and the board is equipped with a level conversion chip. However, it should be clarified that the user communication level and power supply voltage need to be consistent. After testing, it was found that for Arduino 5V communication uses 3 The 3V power supply will not work, and there are no abnormalities during the 5V and 3.3V power supply tests when communicating at the ESP32 3.3V level.
Fix the copper pillar. Use M2 screws on top, and the height of the copper pillar is 4 5mm
The module is connected using a 1-25mm female socket and comes with a 1.25mm to DuPont cable. If you are using it in bulk on your device, it is recommended to use MX1 25 docking
