YX805A is a high performance solar lawn lamp booster control chip, suitable for a 1.2V rechargeable battery powered solar lawn lamp.
The main functions are charge control, booster drive, light control and so on. The solar lawn lamp mainly uses the energy of solar cells to work. When the sunlight shines on the solar cell during the day, the light energy is converted into electric energy which is stored in the battery, and then the battery provides power for the LED of the lawn lamp at night.
It has the advantages of safety, energy saving, convenience and environmental protection. YX805A adopts green TO-94 package and at least one peripheral device, which can effectively reduce the PCB layout space
