Description

This board contains no electronics. It is a physical adapter breakout board designed to allow experimenters and hobbiests to connect a VGA display to a Serial Wombat 18AB chip, Arduino, or other embedded systems. The board includes headers for connection of 3.3V or 5V, and is designed to be used with the VGAX or VGAXUA libraries or similar. Two rows of headers provide VSync, HSync, R,G and B connections with the appropriate resistors for either 3.3V or 5V input. Solder jumpers on the bottom of the board allow bridging of RGB to a single input for White/Black operation from one image pin. The board is designed to connect directly to a Serial Wombat 18AB board, or via jumper wires to Arduino boards.
