【Pitch & Teeth】- 48P is the pitch of each tooth on the pinion gear and the 25T 26T 27T 28T is the number of teeth on the pinion gear. Hole distance: 3.175mm; Height: 14mm. Suitable motor shaft diameter: 3.175mm(Compatible: 550 540 3650 etc motor). Please make sure your spur gear and pinion gear have the same pitch, or the teeth won't mesh.
【More Durable】- Hardened 48P pinion gear sets (25T 26T 27T 28T) are made of chrome steel material, more durable construction for long-lasting performance.
【Widely Compatible】- The 48DP motor gear sets compatible with Wltoys, HAIBOXING or DEERC 1/8 and 1/10 Scale RC Car Truck Buggy with 3.175mm(1/8") Shaft Motor.
【Easy to Install】- Come with L hex key and grub screws, the universal upgrade 48P pinion gear is easy for installation.
【Work Smoothly】- Good machining made less rough and less noise than other pinions that make them roll smoothly. The variety of pinions are suitable for different racing track conditions. To avoid the ESC/motor overheat, please check the ESC and motor temperatures regularly throughout the run after change the pinion gear.

Note:
1. Please ensure that the spur gear and pinion gear have matching pitches to ensure proper meshing of the teeth.
2. Please verify that the RC motor shaft has a diameter of 3.175mm (1/8").
3. It is recommended to use thread lock on the grub screw to prevent them from falling out.
4. Larger gears will result in higher speeds, while smaller gears provide more torque. For quicker acceleration, opt for a smaller pinion gear with fewer teeth and a larger spur gear with more teeth.
5. A car equipped with more torque will accelerate quickly off the mark and benefit from cooler running temperatures, thereby extending the life of both the motor and ESC.
How to install the pinion gear:
To install the pinion gear, it may be necessary to slightly loosen the motor in order to fit the pinion gear onto the flat portion of the motor shaft. When tightening it back up, ensure there is a small gap between the pinion gear and spur gear, approximately the width of a piece of paper.
