INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Turn off the water supply, close the valves
2.Remove the old bonnet assembly & the poppet assembly
3.Place O-ring around Bonnet, grease, fit Poppet on brass guide stem of Bonnet
4.Install the Bonnet & Poppet, reinstall and check

【Easy Installation】
Installation is very easy, you can search for installation tutorials on YouTube, in most cases, no tools are required, hand tightening is all that is needed to install this febco 1/2-3/4 backflow preventer into the system. In the rare event that you cannot tighten the febco 765 3/4 repair kit into the vacuum breaker, apply the supplied grease to the threads and the two pits on the outer ring of the bonnet part are suitable for a large wrench.

The two pits on the outer ring of the bonnet parts are fittings for a large wrench; tighten with the proper tool, if necessary, and apply the supplied grease to the bonnet parts and the threads of the bronze valve.
