  • What Should Do Before Installation: After receiving the product, first check whether the product SIZE OE is consistent with your vehicle steering pump, and then install it. If you find that it doesn't match, please don't install it, so as to avoid wasting unnecessary installation costs
  • Precautions for Installation: When disassembling the steering pump of the original car, replace the old booster oil of the original car at the same time, clean the oil storage tank and oil pipe, check whether the oil storage tank is damaged, check whether the filter of the oil storage tank is blocked, check whether the oil inlet hose is hardened and aged, prevent air from entering, strictly prohibit oil with impurities, and prevent booster oil go bad
  • Abnormal Noise After Isinstalled: Please check before installation the oil inlet pipe clamp is not locked or the oil pipe is hardened, beacuse the air is not completely removed after the power pump steering is replaced accompanied by noise due to overflow stuck valve, if the product installed correctly, the power pump will remove air by itself. This time may last 5-7 days, so it is normal for the product to abnormal noise in the first few days after installation
  • No Power or Insufficient Power: Relief valve stuck will cause the oil circuit is not smooth, so check whether Relief valve stuck after installation, ensure the oil circuit is smooth, make the power streeing pump can working normal
  • Installation at Repair Shop: Please make sure that the maintenance and installation personnel carefully check whether the oil inlet hose is hardened and aged check whether the oil storage tank is damaged before installing the product, make sure the product will not cause any problems during installation
