How to Install a Resistor
1. Remove the glove box by pulling the stops on the inside of it, and then unscrewing the bolts at the hinge
2. Remove the bottom dash cover by pulling down from the front, and then pulling the panel straight out towards the seat
3. From the bottom looking up, you'll see the resistor mounted to the blower motor unit with a wiring harness attached
4. Disconnect the harness
5. The screws holding the resistor on are not torqued down tight, which is good because you won't be able to get a screwdriver in there for at least the bolt on the left. I just used a small Phillips bit and loosened it by hand. Easy and quick
6. Replace the resistor (plug the harness in AFTER you have the resistor bolted down) and reinstall the panel and glove box
