QUALITY & TECHNOLOGY:The outer cylinder is made of double-layer 409 stainless steel plate, and the surface has anti-rust treatment. The interlayer is filled with thermal insulation material - asbestos fiber felt. Inside the steel cylinder is a high-temperature-resistant ceramic carrier with dense honeycomb holes in the longitudinal direction. An extremely thin layer of precious metal active catalytic layer is sprayed on the surface as a purifier.
CERTIFICATIONS & PATENTS:All LERMIK catalytic converters are legally certified by the US EPA federal standards. And has applied for 10 related patents, among which the precious metal extraction technology is at the leading level in China's industry.
