For dual fan wiring, you would need two of this relay kit. Easy to follow wiring diagram simplify wiring your electric fans. RED to 12VDC positive battery terminal, COFFEE to Fan Positive, BLACK to Ignition, GREY to Sending Unit per wiring diagram. Direct replacement part fits 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch cooling fans.
This electric cooling fan thermostat kit comes with everything you need, includes 40A relay, wiring harness, thermostat switch, 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch adapter, inline fuse holder, 2 20amp fuse, 1 spade connector for the temp sensor, 8 ring terminals, and 4 wire connectors. Temperature switch turns on fan approximately at 185 Degrees and Off at 175 Degrees.

The thermostat MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded. The thermostat supplied with this kit is OE style to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water jacket if needed.
You can crimp or solder larger wires if you plan to install a high-spec fan. 14 AWG (15 amp) wire not large enough for high current consumption.
The thermostat MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded. If you mount high-profile fans, be sure to crimp or solder bigger wires to it since the 14AWG wires (15 amps) are not big enough for high amps draw.

If you want to turn on the fans when A/C activates, you would need an additional relay kit and follow the steps below:

Connect the RED wire from the A/C relay to the grey wire (sending unit) of the original fan relay harness
Connect the GREY and COFFEE wires from the A/C relay to the ground
Connect the BLACK wire from the A/C relay to the +12 volt of the A/C compressor clutch wire

The thermostat MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded.

Please note: If you intend to mount high-profile cooling fans, you could crimp or solder bigger wires to it. The 14AWG wires (15 amps) are not bigger enough for high amps draw.
