Passes the TAPPI T444 silver tarnish test - meaning that my Non-Buffered Archival Tissue will create a barrier between say your grandmother's sterling serving set or your Radco metallic Christmas ornaments and naturally occurring sulfur in the air. (Lots of chemistry lessons in archiving!)
Soft white in color not quite the bright white of even a decade ago as my Archival Tissue has not been whitened with Chlorine. This more environmentally friendly production process helps limit the amount of unhealthy chemicals released into the air during the manufacturing/whitening process.
