State-of-the-art production processes and perfect product combinations are used to solve the problems of a variety of decals:
Our decal rubber wheels are made from pure natural rubber made in Thailand through a complex process to ensure superior quality. Usually poor-quality rubber wheel softens a strong irritating odor, which can cause great harm to the operator's body, so picking a high-quality rubber wheel is an urgent matter.
By analyzing a large amount of decal process data, we ended up using a "1+2" matching mode with a decal rubber wheel with a plastic blade scraper and a cleaning cloth to ensure that you can remove annoying decals more quickly, efficiently and completely.
User guidance:
Step 1: First clean the area with water and soap to remove dust, grease, etc. from the area, so as not to scrape the protective paint with dust particles during work. For stubborn decals, pre-treat with a plastic blade.
Step 2: Connect the drill adapter lever to the rubber wheel and tighten it. Connect the lever to the drill chuck and tighten it. For best results, use an electric or pneumatic drill at speeds between 1500 and 3000 RPM.
Step 3: Start at the top of the decal, start the tool before joining the workpiece, apply a slight pressure to allow the rubber wheel to continue to move back and forth on both sides. If the adhesive remains after removal, clean with a neutral solvent.
Step 4: Wipe down the work area with the cleaning cloth included in the decal removal kit.
Notes!!! :
Not recommended for use in non-OEM surfaces, acrylics, Lexan, plexiglass and soft plastic substrates.
A roped drill is recommended for a steady output speed.
The side of the rubber wheel should be perpendicular to the face when operating.
