Why Do You Need a Tesla Charger Lock?
Public charging is an excellent option for quickly replenishing energy while on the go. As charging points become increasingly crowded, Model 3 owners have complained about people disconnecting J1772 chargers from their adapters.
Have you ever had someone unplug your vehicle's power cord while charging? This locking device can be installed around your charger adapter to prevent anyone from unplugging the charger from the adapter again!

Instructions for Use:
1.Connect the adapter to the J1772 plug.
2.Slide the Tesla charger lock onto the adapter with the lock box facing out.
3.Fit the Box over the closed and locked lever.
4.Plug in the vehicle and start charging, lock the vehicle or walk away and let it lock automatically.
5.Once locked, the handle cannot be removed unless the charging port is unlocked. If you want to unplug the charger, unlock the charging port, remove the charging handle, adapter, and lock, and then slide off the lock ring. Remember to take the adapter!

This lock is only suitable for Tesla Model 3 / Y and 2022+ Tesla Model S & X (2023+).
