【Features】The 12626222 ribbed belt combines the high flexibility of flat belts with the high performance characteristics of V-belts. Its top layer is fabric-reinforced, resisting reverse bending and potential wear caused by back idlers. The V-shaped parallel ribs are crafted from a wear-resistant rubber compound. The high-strength tension cords are designed for the diverse applications of the ribbed belt, embedded in a rubber adhesive mixture that spans the entire width of the belt. Fiber-reinforced, wear-resistant rubber compounds ensure quiet operation, resistance to oil and heat, and an extended belt life.
【Usage】The small minimum pulley diameters allow for drives with high speed ratios and also accommodate small drive volume requirements. Ribbed belts are well suited for use with back-bend idlers, such as in serpentine drives. They have good resistance to mineral oils and can operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C (and up to +80°C for short periods). They are also suitable for environments with high humidity.
