【VINYL MATERIAL】The heat transfer vinyl roll is crafted from PVC material with a matte finish. The thickness of this matte HTV is 0.14mm. Compared to other htv matte vinyl types, the increased thickness of matte htv vinyl polyethylene generally offers enhanced durability and better resistance against abrasion, tearing, and external environmental factors. When using a cutting machine, it's advisable to appropriately increase the pressure for easier cutting and weeding.
【MATTE SURFACE】Our PVC matte vinyl has a very smooth matte surface that does not reflect light. This gives the pattern a softer look, avoids flickering or spotting due to light reflection, and enables the rendering of detailed designs, including fine lines and small fonts. Our matte heat transfer vinyl rolls exhibit exceptional adhesion, seamlessly adhering to fabrics without fading, peeling, or cracking even after washing. Please note: Allow 24 hours before the first wash.
【TRANSFER PROCESS】This matte htv vinyl is very easy to cut and weed and can be easily customized with patterns. After cutting and weeding the pattern, use a heat press or iron at 150-160°C (302-330°F) with a transfer time of 10-20 seconds. Peel off the surface film afterwards. Note: Make sure that the cut pattern is a mirror image pattern. If the transfer is not satisfactory, adjust the temperature, pressure and time accordingly.
【WIDELY APPLICABLE】The matte vinyl htv on iron is suitable for most fabrics, including cotton, polyester, viscose, and cotton/polyester blends. It can embellish items like t-shirts, shirts, sportswear, hats, and other garments, enabling the creation of diverse patterns, logos, and design elements. Please note: Cannot be used with waterproof coatings like glass, ceramics, or plastics.
