When you think about fly fishing, you probably see the Royal Wulff. Invented by Lee Wulff, it's an extremely popular attractor dry fly. The white wings make it easy to see on the water, and the brilliant colors make it fishy. I always carry multiples of this fly in various sizes from 12 to 16. It's irresistible to many fish such as trout and pan fish. When you don't know what the fish are eating, tie this one on and then attach a nymph as a dropper fly.
