Throttle Body Installation Notes
After replace the throttle body, the idle speed is usually high, unstable or the engine fault light on.
This is because the newly installed throttle body parameters are inconsistent with the original.
Now you need to match the throttle to the computer. The matching process actually is to clear the original memory of the ECU, and restart the self-learning.
When the computer cannot match, you can use the following manual method to match
1.Disconnect the negative pole of the battery line to eliminate the memory function of the ECU, and install it after 1 minute.
2.Turn off the ignition switch, unplug the EFI and ETCS fuses in the fuse box in the engine compartment, and put it back after 1 minute.
The above two methods are to eliminate the ECU's memory, if the idle speed is still high, ECU can return to normal speed through 1 ~ 2 days of self-learning.
