WHAT IT DOES: The United Pacific Trailer Light Converter does just that, it converts your current 4-wire system into a 5-wire system. Why would you need that? Once installed, this is perfect for trailer hookups since you would just plug the 4-pin module on the trailer to your vehicle and you're set.
INSTALLATION & EXTRA INFO: Our United Pacific Trailer Light Converter takes your current 4-wire system (right turnstop, left turnstop, tail, and ground) and converts to a 5-wire system (right turn, stop, left turn, tail, and ground). Installation is easy, tap into the correct wires on the car and plug the trailer end to the trailer harness (shown on the item itself). The UP Trailer Light Converter features a 4-pole female connector and cover on one side and 5-wires on the other.
