Description

On June 10, 2008, in Washington, DC, the Postal Service issued a 42-cent, Love: All Heart commemorative stamp in one design in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) convertible booklet of 20 stamps (Item 677800). The stamp was designed by Ethel Kessler of Bethesda, Maryland. Illustrator Paul Zwolak of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, created the design for the 2008 Love series stamps. Entitled All Heart, the design focuses on a large, bright red heart that is transporting its owner to an unseen beloved who will be gifted with this heart full of love. This is for a sheet of 20 42-cent stamps. These are not Forever stamps and will require additional postage to be added in order to mail letters or packages.
