Description

Installation Steps:
Installation of the Intake Manifold:
Trial fit the intake manifold without installing the gasket. Make sure that the included mounting studs can be threaded freely into the cylinder head through the intake manifold mounting holes. The mounting flange should be properly seated.
Check the port opening alignment. Test fit fuel and vacuum plumbing, throttle linkage, wiring, etc. to ensure there are not any fit issues.
Install 8 gaskets in the groove of the base (it is recommended to apply grease to prevent falling off).
Install the mounting studs into the cylinder heads.
Put the intake manifold into place on the mounting flange.
Install the washers and bolts provided, engine oil should be applied to the threads. (see the following tightening sequence diagram)
On the underside of the intake manifold plenum area, there is a flange with 4 threaded holes. These ports will provide an adequate source of vacuum ports for the carburetor and EFI manifold. Any of these ports can be used as desired. Any unused ports can be easily plugged or NPT fittings can be capped for later use.
Installation of the Fuel Rails:
Fix the Rail Fixing Bracket.
Fix the guide rail to the bracket with screws.
The ends of the fuel rail can accommodate the supplied (AN6) fittings and (AN6) cross-braided hose with (AN6) fittings on both ends.
Installation of the Throttle Body:
For all EFI 92mm and 102mm throttle body mounting flanges, bosses on the side of the throttle body flange for the mounting of a throttle cable bracket. The throttle body flange may work with a GM LS3 or Ford Coyote drive-by-wire throttle body.
