Application : Oil Rail Plugs for 1997-2003 7.3L Ford Powerstroke .New replacement for damaged and old oil rail plugs.
Set of 2 plugs with O-rings: Oil rail plugs located on either end of the cylinder head require a specialty o-ring if they begin to leak. Each Head Takes 1 Plug.
Nice Design :Oil rail plugs are large round 1 3/4″ plug with a 1/2″ drive socket hole in the middle of the head. You use the square end of a 1/2″ drive socket inserted into that hole to remove and replace them.
A Must Have : During engine rebuild it is good practice to replace these plugs and gaskets since they are almost impossible to reach once the engine is installed in the bay.
