How It Works - On an empty Achievements Sheet, parent writes their child's name and attaches one Reward Sticker corresponding to a reward they would like to give their child at the end. Over the coming days or weeks, whenever the child does an awesome job, parent attaches a relevant Awesomeness Sticker onto their Achievements Sheet. Once the child has earned 10 Awesomeness Stickers on their sheet, parent gives them the reward that was specified on the Reward Sticker. Time for the next sheet!
