This is a great strike indicator fly - it floats well and is nice and visible. Because it has a hook it will catch those fish keyed into the the surface. A great summer pattern to cast when there isn't a hatch. The foam body allows the fly to float high in the water and the large size and white wings makes it very easy to see in the water.

This fly is best used in a dropper combination with a nymph or emerger pattern. It is a perfect natural strike indicator as it is almost unsinkable.

Cast this fly to a grass undercut and hold on, that 3lb rainbow is ready to eat it.
