A lot of backpacks like hiking/hunting/camping/range/assault/sling packs, etc, especially military backpacks have 1" shoulder straps. But they often don't come with strap keepers to manage long loose straps. This helps with that. Size is just right, allowing you to make a few folds in strapping to shorten the excess length.
