Filling the Mold: Place the plastic turf paver mold on a flat surface and fill each compartment with the desired base material, ensuring it is evenly distributed and compacted to the desired thickness.
Planting Grass or Turf: If using the mold for grass or turf installation, carefully lay the grass or turf over the filled compartments, ensuring it fits snugly and covers the entire surface area of each paver.
Compact and Water: After filling and planting, use a compactor or tamper to firmly compact the base material and grass/turf within the mold. Water the newly installed grass or turf thoroughly to help it establish root growth and adhere to the base material.
Demolding and Installation: Allow the newly formed turf pavers to set and establish for a period of time recommended by the grass or turf supplier. Once fully established, carefully demold each paver by gently flexing or tapping the mold to release it. Install the turf pavers into the desired location, ensuring they are securely in place and aligned to create a stable and visually appealing surface.
