It is a cute mommy and daddy double sided decision coin, engraved with funny words "ahh, sh*t, mommy it's your turn" on the front and "ahh, sh*t, daddy it is your turn" on the back. It is a great gift for new dad and mom to help them decide who will change diapers and babysit in the middle of the night or at other times.

I wish we had these coins when I had my kids then me and husband could them to see who change baby. I love this coin so much.
