Simple Steps To Install Tie down anchors:
Remove the screws;
Lower one side of base into stake pocket;
Center ring in hole;
Lift by ring and "hook" behind lip of pocket;
Pull up on ring while installing screws;
Tighten by hand with Phillips Driver;
Do Not Over Tighten.
