◆ Installation Process:
[1] Check the installation position, typically located on the right handlebar where there is an empty spot for installing the throttle. Please confirm if this position is suitable.
[2] Install the new throttle assembly:
- Loosen the throttle housing clamp. Thread the section of the cable with the mounting screw through the hole and hook it onto the white tab on the handle grips.
- Rotate the cable around the white tab to adjust it to the desired position, then insert it into the cable locking washer. Secure the clamp onto the handle grips.
- Next, install the handle grips onto the appropriate position on the motorcycle handlebars and tighten the screws.
Connect the throttle cable: Connect the throttle cable to the motorcycle's accelerator mechanism. Before inserting or removing the throttle cable, please guarantee to check and confirm that the throttle cable is not twisted or stuck, to confirm proper throttle operation.
[3] Finally, check all screws to ensure they are tightened securely, ensuring that the throttle assembly does not loosen or move during operation.
