Wonderful for shoestring potatoes, this precisely engineered disc makes long, perfectly even and consistent julienne strips 3-millimeters square. Also useful for preparing vegetables for stir-fry, and cheese for omelets and salads; when used in conjunction with the 3-millimeter slicing disc it turns julienne strips into cubes.
