Cafelat gaskets specifically designed for Breville / Sage 900 series espresso machines. It fits all double boiler, 58mm group head machines from Breville / Sage. The gasket is a bit harder and does not tear as easily as original Breville gasket. Cafelat gaskets made from food grade FDA silicone. Please note that although the gaskets are strong under compression, you should never use a sharp tool like a screwdriver to install them. This may tear the silicone.
