Description
How to use:
1. Slide the handle between your index and middle finger until the knuckles rest on the Strengthener.
(do not reverse the insert direction, wrong direction will cause your knuckles to stay outside of the Strengthener)
2. Go into push up position on a hard floor
3. Start with the back of your hands facing forward
4. Go down and rotate 90 degrees until both hands are facing each other
5. Then push back up rotating in the opposite direction For beginners, do the Knuckle pushup in the kneeling position.
