UFP-SH SERIES: Caplugs UFP-SH Series Ultrabake silicone flangeless plugs are recommended for powder coating, e-coating, plating, and anodizing. These reusable flangeless plugs have a tapered design allowing a single plug to be used in both threaded or non-threaded holes of varying sizes.
TAPERED HANDLE DESIGN: The UFP-SH Series features a tapered design with handles for easy installation and removal. The plug is specially crafted with a tapered fit to accommodate a variety of tolerances in just one size. UFP-SH also features a hollow inside to make it lighter and more conforming.
TEMPERATURE-RESISTANT: Caplugs Ultrabake Silicone Flangeless Plugs are engineered to withstand high temperatures, protecting up to 600°F for intermittent use or 450°F for continuous use.
COLOR CODED SIZING: Caplugs Ultrabake UFP-SH series uses color coded sizing for easier identification and inventory management. This particular plug is offered in a yellow color with multiple sizes for its flangeless design. The flanges width size ranges from 0.315" to 0.380" and has a length of 1.000".
