Replacement for pressures lower than 15psi, such as 09978/9913, etc. Works on pressure canners 6qt/8qt/12qt/16qt/18qt/20qt/21qt/22qt/23qt etc.

Note: The 50332 isn't a universal regulator, please check the above models to ensure compatibility.

Adjustable pressure 5-10-15 lbs:
For low acidity canning (vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood), use 10 lbs of pressure up to 1000 ft. elevation. For elevation above 1000 feet, use 15 pounds of pressure. For high acidity canning (fruits), use 5 pounds of pressure below 1000 feet above sea level. For altitudes above 1000 feet, use 10 pounds of pressure.

NOTE: When using a 3-piece pressure regulator on a Presto Micrometer canner, do not compare or respond on the micrometer. Use only the 3-piece pressure regulator as an indication of pressure in the canner.
