Description

Instructions: 1. Preparation: Get your Eustachian tube unblocker ready. Take a mouthful of water, just enough to feel comfortable when swallowing.

2. First Step: Hold the device and place the blue tip against one of your nostrils. With your other hand, use your index finger to press the other nostril closed, ensuring both nostrils are sealed.

3. Airflow Introduction: Squeeze the orange bulb of the device to slowly introduce airflow into your nasal cavity for 5 seconds.

4.Swallowing: While maintaining the airflow, swallow the water.

5. Repeat for Other Nostril: Switch to the other nostril and repeat the above steps.

6. Rest: After completing the steps for both nostrils, take a 5-minute break.

7. Repetition: Repeat the entire process. Each nostril should be operated on twice, for a total of four times.

8.Success Indicator: If you feel pressure changes or hear a "pop" sound in your ears, it means the procedure was successful.
