C04046 CMOS Microoower Phase-Locked Loop PLLI consists of a low. power, linear woltaga-controlled oscilbator (VCO) and two different phase comparatars having a comman sign l-input amplifier and a cammon comgarator input, A5.2-V zener diade is provided for supply regulation if necessary.
The CD4046 types are supplied in 16-lead hemmetic dual-inline ceramic packages (F3A suffix), 16lead dualinline plastic packages (Esu ffix), 16 lead smalloutline packages (Nsr suffix), and 16-lead thin shrink small-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes)VCO Section.
