SunTouch electric floor warming mats by SunTouch have an open-weave design that allows for a 1-step mortar installation.

The open-weave mesh allows mortar to bond easily with the underlying material.
Only 1/8" added floor thickness compared to typical tile installations
Easily adjusted to accommodate curves, angles, and cut-outs
