BLOODY NOSE STOPPERS DIRECTIONS:

1. Lean Forward & Insert - Tilt your head forward. Gently insert the foam nose bleed stopper into the nostril that is bleeding, positioning it so some remains outside the nose so you can remove it after. The foam nose bleed plug will expand for a tailored fit while it absorbs the blood.

2. Pinch & Hold - With the nose plug inside, gently pinch your nose. This assists with stopping the bleeding while the nose bleed stopper is absorbing blood.

Each Nosebleed Stopper should be inserted only slightly into the nostril and must not be used in any other orifice or cavity. Insert the nose bleed plugs only to a comfortable point and not push beyond the nasal cartilage. These nose plugs for bloody nose can be trimmed for children under adult supervision.
