Attachable to any cable machine in the gym, or you can get creative with a 41in loop resistance band and create your own workout without the use of gym equipment.

Materials
Contraband Black Label 3030 Wrist or Ankle Cuff uses neoprene rubber padding with a heavy duty nylon strap. Hook and Loop is used to secure the ankle cuff to the ankle and keep it tight.

Care Instructions
