Warning:Package without Battery in it. Do not use batteries and 6 Volt AC adapter to provide power at the same time!!! If it can't detect your pulse which I take to mean you don't have the BP cuff positioned correctly it ends the measurement as well. So I highly suggest reading the instruction booklet to learn how to attach it to your wrist and take the test properly to increase the accuracy of the results.
