Feature:
Neoprene teeth
The teeth of the belt are made up of neoprene with high shear strength and suitable hardness.
They need to be precisely shaped and positioned to fit correctly into the grooves of the pulley, with the tooth roots at a defined distance from the pitch line
No change in pitch during bending
Neoprene backing
This protects the tensile material and prevents damage caused by friction where a belt backing is required in the drive.
Glass fibre tensile layer
This is a rope made up of multiple strands of glass fibre, spiralled around the width of the tape at the section line of the tape, which has high strength, low tensile strength, good corrosion and heat resistance.
Nylon Cloth Layer
It is the anti-friction part of the protective tape and should have superior wear resistance. It is made up of nylon cloth with a small coefficient of friction. The neoprene synchronous belt has better hydrolysis resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance than that of polyurethane, and it has a large transmission power range, with a general working temperature of -93.2 to 212℉
