  • 2. Premium Heater Pad Size: 218mm x 218mm (Approx. 8.6" x 8.6"), thickness:1.5mm, fits for 220mm x 220mm printing bed to heat smooth textured steel spring sheet. TWO methods to install this high temperature resistant heat pad: 1) if used on the Stock lattice glass, you need to Clear OFF all wires on the back of glass bed to avoid short circuit. 2) Better to work with a new aluminum heating plate(Asin:B0D41272RB) at our store, then add the magentic flexible removable PEI build plate on.
  • 3. High Temperature Heated Bed: Our heating pad has a Voltage: AC 110V, Power: 350W. Red wires are the NTC 100K 3950 thermistor sensor extension wires to connect with the Controller board for temperature Control, White wires are for voltage supply to the heating element. Come with a quality Solid State Relay(SSR) and an Extra Fuse Wire(white) in the package, another 2 thin wires are signal leads(Red +, Black -) to connect with SSR Input ends and the Mainboard to control the heater mat work.
  • 4. Installation Attention: Simple and Easy Installation, some details needs your attention. One of 2 White wire cords of the Heater Pad is for connection either end of the SSR (marked 24-480VAC), another cord for the Naught Wire(N) on the power supply. The addition Fuse Wire(short and white) is to connect the SSR( add it onto the end marked 24-480VAC) and the Power Supply's Live Wire(L). That means, the SSR directly connects the heating pad cord and the Fuse wire, another end for R/B wires.
  • 5. Good Quality: Imported silicone rubber fiberglass cloth-Excellent performance, high temperature resistance of 200℃, long-term working temperature up to 150 ℃. Nickel alloy material resistance wire-Safe to use, high distribution density, even heat generation, durable, no short circuit. I6 AWG Silicone Wire -High purity anti-oxidation low resistance, strong conductivity, uniform thickness. Please Do not Cut the Silicone Heater Pad!!!
