Ranbo 10" Length Beech Wood Double Sided Push Pull Handle,H Shape Door Handle Bar, Fits Glass Shower and Wood Barn Door, Ideal for Bathroom Spa Sauna Front Doors
Durable and Reliable Beech Wood: Beech wood is a dense hardwood. This high density contributes to its robustness, ensuring that door handles can withstand substantial mechanical stress and heavy usage. The grain structure of beech wood is tight and even. This uniformity helps in distributing stress more evenly across the door handle, reducing the likelihood of weak points that could lead to fractures or damage. Beech wood has minimal shrinkage and swelling compared to other woods, which means it remains stable under varying environmental condition regardless of changes in humidity and temperature.
Protective Varnish for Finishing: The varnish creates a robust protective layer on the surface of the beech wood, sealing it against moisture, stains, oils, and dirt. The varnish prevents water and other liquids from penetrating the wood, significantly reducing the risk of swelling, warping, or staining. Additionally, the varnish enhances the wood's natural grain patterns and color, bringing out its inherent beauty. It also provides a non-slip finish, ensuring a safe and secure grip on door handles. This warm and elegant finish complements various interior design styles, including framed and frameless screen door setups.
Frostbite-Resistant and Burn-Resistant: Beech wood has inherent thermal insulating properties, which means it does not conduct heat or cold as quickly as metal or other materials. This makes beech wood door handles much safer to touch in extreme temperatures, preventing the risk of burns or frostbite. The beech wood handle remains relatively comfortable whether in the sauna room or in the entrance hall in winter. No matter as a interior bathroom door handle or an outdoor front door handle, it maintains a relatively stable temperature throughout the year, ensuring it does not become uncomfortably cold in winter or excessively hot in summer.
Premium Brass Bolt Sleeve: Brass is a strong and durable material, providing better reinforcement to the door handle assembly compared with aluminum and other steel alloy. Brass has excellent resistance to corrosion, wear and tear. They can endure repeated tightening and loosening without deforming or breaking. Due to these properties, brass bolt sleeves help maintain the aesthetic appearance of the door handle by preventing rust and tarnish.
Specification: The beech wood door handle features a hole-to-hole center distance of 12 inches and a tube diameter of 1 inch, with a total length of 18 inches. It is suitable for tempered glass doors with a thickness of 5/16 to 1/2 inch (8-12mm) and wooden doors with a thickness of 1-3/8" to 2-3/16" (35-55mm). For installation on glass doors, a hole diameter of 1/2 inch (13mm) is required, while for wooden doors, a hole diameter of 5/16 inch (8mm) is needed. If the wooden door thickness exceeds 2-3/16", longer screws can be purchased for installation.
