CHECK VALVE:After in-depth research by users,we have added a check valve to prevent condensate from flowing back due to gravity, which leads to frequent opening of the AC condensate pump,shortening the service life of the pump and causing it to burn out,resulting in a waste of energy (Note:The check valve can be removed if it is not needed)
PRODUCT PARAMETERS:The condensate pump for HVAC is equipped with a higher configuration than other pumps: Hmax = 1.5M (5.0 ft.), Qmax = 300L/H, 110V, U.S. three-phase polarized plug, and is therefore more powerful and cost-effective than other small sump submersible pumps

TIP: (1) If the tubing is a little twisted when you open the package, simply soak the tubing in 60°C/140°F water for a few minutes to restore it to normal. (2) If the condensate pump is unable to lift the water up to 5 feet, you can simply fill the pump, disconnect the tubing and fully submerge the pump in water, then connect the tubing again!
