Instructions for use:
1. Heat therapy - Place this product in the microwave, 700 watts for 16 seconds, 1000 watts - 13 seconds, 1250 watts - 11 seconds; only heat it in increments of 5 seconds. After the product is evenly heated, place the product on the chest for use (be careful to prevent burns);
2. Cold therapy - Place the gel bead bag in the refrigerator freezer or indoor freezer, refrigerator freezer: 30-60 minutes, be sure to test before use and ensure temperature uniformity, and place the product on the chest for use (be careful to prevent frostbite)
