Rough grinding: 50#~100#
The grinding disc has obvious grinding marks, which is used to trim the flatness of the grinding material and grind the modeling surface in place.
Semi-fine grinding: 200#~300#
The rough grinding marks are removed, but new finer lines will be formed, and the machined surface will be polished smoother. Fine grinding: 400#~1000#
The pattern, particle and color of the product after fine grinding have been clearly displayed, and the surface is fine and smooth, with a weak gloss.
Fine grinding: 1500#~3000#
The processed product has no visible traces, the surface is getting smoother and smoother, and the gloss is about 40-50 degrees.
The color of the back of the wet polishing pads of different meshes will be different for easy identification
1. Choose a suitable small and thicker grinding disc to start working, and end with a large and thinner. In order to achieve a good grinding effect, it is recommended not to skip the number.

On rough ground, start grinding with a coarser particle size first, otherwise it will take more time to achieve the desired effect.
③. If you find that it takes a lot of time to grind away the scratches, you have to change to a coarser grinding disc, which will save you a lot of time.
