Yoostar on MTV is an audio/video karaoke game exclusive to Xbox 360 that utilizes the recording capabilities of the Kinect Sensor for Xbox 360 (required for play and sold separately) to allow players to seamlessly recreate their favorite moments from MTV shows, events and music videos from over the years with themselves as the stars. The game contains more than 80 video selections, with more available for download on a regular basis from Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Once recorded, scenes can be replayed indefinitely, saved to external media and shared with friends via Yoostar Playground, facebook, YouTube and other video outlets. The game also contains 50 fun challenges designed around MTV programs and other content.

The Party Game for Those Who Really Want Their MTV Yoostar games are designed around a 'green screen' technology similar to those that professional video production houses use to create new scenes against the background of another. Used in conjunction with the Kinect Sensor for Xbox 360 this makes it possible for you to overlay your face on a wide range of video clips, and add voice-over dialog as they were originally done or however you would like to create individual video scenes that will be the hit of the party and that are limited only by your creativity.

Yoostar on MTV is the holiday 2011 release in the game series specifically positioned to allow fans of MTV from its inception in the 80's all the way to the present to recreate their favorite moments from Music Television's original content and music videos. Yoostar's VGS 2.0 (virtual green screen) upgrade used in-game allows players to create videos in low, medium and optimal lighting conditions, while its improved smoothing, blending, masking and color correction techniques allow for a much better visual integration of players faces in-game. Yoostar on MTV contains 80 clips, allows access to more through regular downloadable content at Xbox LIVE Marketplace and has over 50 MTV oriented challenges. The game also fully supports the 4 GB Xbox 360 console and clips can be uploaded to Yoostar Playground, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter to share with friends and the wider world.
