If you own a Gaggia Classic Pro/Evo you probably notice how inconvent the stock steam knob is. It's small and slippery and doesn't have good grip.

This is the best upgrade for the Gaggia Classic Pro steam knob as it's a VERY simple solution that will improve your steaming experience drastically.

Installation instructions:
1. Loosen the handle slightly to allow the lever enough clearance to be installed on top of your stock steam knob

2. Slide the steam lever on top of your existing steam knob while making sure that the steam logo is facing outside.

3. Gently tighten the handle by screwing it in which will secure it in thanks to the soft red piece on the tip of the handle.

** WARNING:
With the added lever, you get additional control and force so be gentle with how hard you close the steam knob when you're done steam your milk. Apply a tiny bit of force, nothing more is required!
