The Arrowspeed Radarchron is more than just a gadget – it's your personal archery coach. With its ability to measure arrow speeds, you'll be able to fine-tune your equipment and technique like never before.Don't just shoot arrows – master them. Whether you're hunting, competing, or simply passionate about archery, the Arrowspeed Radarchron is your ticket to next-level performance.

Fine-tune your bow and arrow system with the Arrowspeed Radarchron, a small, inexpensive microwave Doppler radar sensor that measures the speed of an arrow as it shot from the bow. With an Arrowspeed Radarchron on board, you can easily assess and optimize the performance of your bow and arrow. The device is easy to install: simply attach it to the 5/16-inch-24 threaded port on the end of your stabilizer (the manufacturer supplies an extension rod if the archer does not use a compatible stabilizer). The supplied adapter plate, meanwhile, allows you to position the radar vertically relative to the arrow flight path.

The Radarchron installs easily with the included mounting hardware. The Radarchron is microprocessor controlled--like a mini-computer--and indicates the calculated foot-per-second arrow speed on a toggling two-segment liquid crystal display, with a range of measurements between 150 and 450 feet per second (within +/- 2 percent accuracy). In addition, the Radarchron is tough enough to withstand serious punishment, with a rugged plastic housing that's sealed to protect the internal electronics from dust, dirt, and moisture encountered during normal use. Perhaps best of all, the Radarchron is simple, safe, and effective. The unit, which measures the speed of both metal and graphite/carbon arrows, boasts a transmission level that's well below that of most wireless consumer products, such as cell and portable phones, for example. Transmission characteristics are also well within FCC requirements and prescribed safety levels. And because the Radarchron employs microwave technology, it doesn't suffer problems due to light, shadows, loud noises, and other associated environmental effects that are common with other archery velocity sensors used outdoors.
The Radarchron runs on a 3-volt, 160 milliampere/hour lithium battery, which delivers roughly 30 hours of operating life (or more than 3,600 speed measurements). It's also notably compact at 2.5 by 1.19 by 3.5 inches (W x H x D), with a weight of less than 3 ounces.
